Delete your TastyWall account

From the app (immediate)

1. Open TastyWall and sign in.
2. Go to Circle › Settings (top right) › Account & privacy.
3. Tap "Delete my account" and confirm.

Before deleting, you can also export all your data from the same screen.

Without access to the app

Email info@tezdev.com from your account's email address (or give the phone number linked to it), with the subject "Account deletion". We may ask you to confirm the account is yours. Deletion is done within 30 days at the latest, and we confirm it by email.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in identifier (Firebase).
• Your profile: name, age, photo, phone number, email.
• Your food profile (allergies, intolerances, diets, likes) and those of your child profiles.
• Your people, requests and blocks, the tables you host, your replies and votes, your saved recipes and your notifications.

What is kept, and for how long

• Database backups are erased automatically within 14 days.
• Server technical logs (with no food data) are kept for 30 days at most.

Nothing else is kept.

Deleting only some data

Without deleting your account, you can in the app: edit or clear your food profile, remove a child profile, remove or block a person, withdraw your health-data consent (your food profile is then no longer used). For any other request: info@tezdev.com.
