3. Terms of use

By using the TastyWall app you accept these terms.

Service: TastyWall lets you manage your food preferences and your children's, your contacts, and organize meals that take everyone's diets and allergies into account.

Sign-up: free, for people aged 15 and over. You agree to provide accurate information, especially about your allergies.

Responsibilities:

You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Food information and suggested recipes or menus are indicative and do not replace medical advice.
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for food reactions related to the use of the app.

Conduct: using TastyWall to harass, impersonate others or collect information about other users is prohibited. You can block any user from their contact page.

Intellectual property: the app, its brand, logo and content are protected. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

4. Generated recipes and menus

Recipes and menus are suggested by an artificial intelligence based on the food information you declared. They may contain mistakes: always check the ingredients and labels, especially in case of allergy. TastyWall is not a substitute for medical advice.

5. Personal data protection

Under the GDPR and French data protection law you have rights over your data. Details are in the privacy policy, available from Circle › Settings › Account & privacy.

6. Cookies and trackers

The app uses no advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Only technical data needed for the app to work is stored on your device.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
